THE BAD NEWS: We are currently in the midst of a global pandemic.
THE GOOD NEWS: You don't have to stop training.
Join us online for some structured one on one training sessions to help you continue to meet those goals (trust us, it's possible).
The differences? You can do this from the comfort of your home, AND your household are all totally welcome to join in free of charge.

Just because you don't have the resources to allow for Personal Training (maybe you have a busy job & can't commit to specific time slots, maybe you can't get child care etc) that doesn't mean you should have to sacrifice your health, right?
If you sometimes find yourself wandering around the gym like a headless chicken because you have a specific goal, but you're not so sure what you need to do to get there, then this might be the option for you so keep reading.
Each session is completely tailored to suit your needs & goals, with step by step instructions, a video guide to keep you right throughout the whole session, feedback & a weekly check-in.
Personalised Programming can be purchased on its own, but also works great as a supplement alongside our One to One and Group Training sessions.
